Here it is, 4 hours of work :p I measured the bottom of the barrel instead of where the top of the cone would be, which was a different by over an inch. To fix it, I cut an extra piece to make the difference and spent a lot of time putting the cone in and pulling out of the barrel to get the fit correct. The duct tape handles were much appreciated for putting in/pulling out. I used duct tape to temporarily hold the extra piece before finally riveting it in place.
